We aim to deliver all orders purchased before 12:00PM Lao time within the same day. All orders received after 12:00PM will be delivered on the next working day. We pack orders as soon as the order is received. Prepared parcels are shipped at 1:00PM from our warehouse in Vientiane and is transported with our own courier.

Area of delivery

We ship all products including beer, wine, cider, spirits and other products containing alcohol to Vientiane Capital only.

Missed deliveries

In case of missed deliveries, we offer one (1) free delivery attempt. Please contact customer service to schedule re-delivery. For 2 failed delivery attempts, we charge an surcharge of 40.000 KIP per attempt.

Pick up point

All orders can be made to pick-up. Orders can be picked up in our opening hours. Pick-up orders needs to be marked as pick-up during ordering process.
