Bach Cava Semi Seco shows a pale yellow color with fine, lively bubbles. The nose is fresh and fruity, with notes of apple, pear, and citrus complemented by light floral touches and a hint of honey. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, offering a gentle sweetness that harmonizes with its crisp acidity, leading to a pleasant and refreshing finish.
Ideal as a welcome drink or appetizer, excellent with desserts. For lovers of Semi Seco.
Masia Bach is a winery with a very long winemaking tradition in the D.O. Catalunya. Its history dates back to 1915, when the brothers Pere and Ramón Bach, acquired the "Can Estrada" estate in San Esteve Sesrovires (Catalonia, Spain). The Civil War cut short part of the splendor achieved by Bach in the happy twenties. The winery had several owners until 1975, when it became part of the Raventós Codorníu group. A long time has passed since then, but the company's faithfulness to the spirit of the Bach brothers has remained unchanged: quality, originality and personality in all their wines and cavas.
